- Temperature monitoring of all participants and visitors upon arrival at the venue entrance.
- All participants, visitors and staff will wear the mask
- Masks will be provided by a2 Fairs for those who do not have a mask at the entrance
- Hand sanitisers will be placed at each stand by a2 Fairs
- Hand sanitiser units will be placed throughout the event hall
- There will be appropriate distance between the stands
- Participants will be able to collect visitos’ data rapidly, keep safely, download the contact details to their smartphone/PC with scanning the QR Code which will be placed on visitor badges given at the entrance
- To ensure enhanced cleaning; common areas of the fair, toilets, elevators and high-touch areas will be disinfected at frequent intervals
- In order to minimize the common touch, a2 Fairs will prepare the fair documents in digital format and will not distribute any kind of printed documents such as fair catalogue, inserts etc.
- When the maximum capacity of the hall is reached, new visitors will not be admitted and will be waited according to social distance rules
- Measures will be taken in the fair area to ensure that participants and visitors comply with the social distance
- Food and beverage options and their delivery will be subject to strict safety standards
